Default pleas help.. oil in water leaking from water inlet of 50hp.

i have an early model 50hp. evinrude on my whaler. and i notice that theres water and lower unit oil dripping prety fast down one of the many drain/inlet holes on the lower unit.. what could it be?? blown seal??
