Stratos 2600/2700 Centre Console/Forward Cuddy

Hey Guys,

Can anyone give me feedback on this style of boat.

A friend is looking at a used one which he may buy sight unseen, as it's priced very fair.

I believe the hull is ex Donzi, but does the boat have any traits/build quility issues he should be aware of?

Shes powered by twin 225's so I think she will be right for power!

As we have never seen one, is the cuddy too small to actually use for overnighting? Is the cockpit decent for cruising/not serious fishing?

Is there any other issues we should be aware of?

I have a '95 2500 wa that I bought last fall. I have not had it in the water so I cant give you any performance data but I have the boat all apart getting it ready to splash and am very impressed with the construction. I have been all over the boat. Just about everything is thru bolted with nylock stop nuts. I have drilled a few holes topside and have not found any glass less than 1/4" thick. Heavy 8" stainless cleats etc. If you have any specific questions you can pm me and I will try to answer.
