Default Marine Surveyor for Miami area.

OK, so im taking the advice from many of you and having the boat surveyed before hand (thanks to all who made suggestions). I am now looking for a reputable surveyor in the Miami area (actually 70 mi south on plantation key) for a 22-foot cuddy. Can anyone recommend a name or two? Thanks in advance

Matt,

I posted the following on Tidalfish:

"You would think that a reputable dealer would not put a boat up on Ebay when someone currently has a deposit on it!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=26430

You stated the engine was a '97, the auction description says '93???? You also state that it comes w/ a trailer, the auction says no trailer (but a new one is available for $2000 more )????

Careful here, I'm getting a bad feeling. Approach w/ CAUTION!!!!"

To follow up Greg B placed a phone call to the broker/dealer as an "interested buyer" and was not told anything about your deposit.

Get your deposit back and walk away!!!!
