Transom seat back

Good evening all, was at a dealer this afternoon and was looking at a Sea Hunt BX22. What was of particular interest was the transom deck seating...similar to a lot of bay boats.

It had the seat back that had posts that went into two semil flush holders on the deck.

I want to retrofit my 19' bay boat like this, can anyone point me in the right direction?
