The Delhi I own Is a 12 ft v bottom jon boat. I have been told because of the lack of a BIN it was made before 1962.
I have also been told that it was made in La. I can not find any info about the company or if they are still in bussiness.
Thank you for any help. David

I too have seen Delhi aluminum boats but don't know anything about them. Sometimes a manufacturer will create a "spin off" line of their own hulls in an attempt to artificially create competition that they can control. I own an example of this with my Little Boat. The name on the outside is "Pro-Weld Nova" but the title comes from AlumaCraft, same boat, different name and was priced a few hundred dollars below the parent boats.....
Possibly your Delhi is a stepchild also..............

Default Delhi

I just bought a 12 foot v-bottom Delhi boat, model 12 SV. The plaque says it was made by Delhi Corp, Delhi, Louisiana. Rated for up to 15 hp. Mine has a 9.9 hp Evinrude. It is a simple inexpensive riveted aluminum boat, nothing fancy, lightly built but it quite serviceable.
