Default Birdsall Marine Comfort Zone

Has anyone tried the Birdsall Marine Comfort Zone foot pad. I like the fact that it is 8" longer than the SeaShocks and half the price but I haven't found any reviews.

Thank you,
Sean

I bought one a few weeks ago. Haven't used it on the boat yet, but think I'll like it. The size was what I needed and replacing a harder foot pad.

Home Depot and Lowes both sell the shock absorbing matt material cut to length in the flooring section. It ain't pretty, but very functional and 1/4 the cost.

I bought it last year for my boat and I love it. They only thing that you need to remember is to take it out of the boat or store it securely if you trailer. I got home from a trip and realized that it decided to part ways with me on the highway. I reluctantly followed my tracks and found it on the side of the highway with a few tire marks that (luckily) came off without any sign of damage.

Once you use it you will never want to ride without it. I sometimes will leave the launch and I can tell something is not right. Oh yeah, my Comfort Zone is still stored...

Thanks all for the replies. I think I may go with the Comfort Zone but will check and see what HD and Lowes have to offer.

Also look at Dicks sporting goods. I got an awesome 'exercise mat' (with a hottie on the cover of the box) which is sooper-squishy and waterproof for cheap. I took the mo-fo and cut it in half, doubled it up (3M aerosol upholstery glue) and custom fit it (trimmed with a 'zacto knife) for my yot. My feet and my wallet are very happy.

I've had one for over 2 years & love it. They cut it to size. Their right about stowing it before trailering it. But your feet & lower back will thank you at the end of the day.
