Default Trailer Advice

I have a 20 ft. walk around boat that is not quite one year old. The dealer put the boat on a Loadrite galvanized roller trailer with torsion axles. The trailer only has 24 rollers on it. The rear two sets have double rollers and the front two sets have single rollers. The port side of my boat has a couple of stress cracks in the gel coat that are exactly where the front roller contacts the hull. I called my dealer and he said to bring the boat in and he would have the boat repaired. My question is shouldn't this trailer have double rollers on the front as well as the rear. The boat is a 20 walk proline with a complete hard top. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Alan

My trailer is a 21T3700WMTG2. I looked up my boat on the loadrite website and it called for the 21T4200WMTG1. I believe my trailer may be a little light.

Alan, often a Dealer will put a size too small under a boat to make 'the deal' OR give you something he has in stock. Not sure of the difference between G2 and G1 but the trailer you have is not for you boat; I would insist he give you the right trailer and repair boat. PERIOD!
