Default Coaming pads

I want to install coaming pads around my gunnels. What is the best way to attach the mounts so they can be removed if needed. I cannot get in behind the walls.

Thanks,

One way would be to install "Flexi-rail" to the inside gunnel and have a weltcord sewn into the top of the coaming pads. the pads will slide in and out. You could add a few snap to the bottom to keep then down if needed.
