Jim,
I had the pleasure of fishing on a Judge 34' last year during the White Marlin Open. The boat was awesome. It had Twin Cummins, cruised close to 30kt and topped out around 35kt I think. Don't mark my word on those numbers. We caught several Marlin and a bunch of tuna. We were in the top 20 the first day but dropped out of contention. The boat fished great and the ride to the canyons was very smooth for a 34' boat. I've fished on Cabo's, Blackfins, and several other 30-35' boats and the Judge ride and fishability was better. I'd highly recommend it.

Jim,
You may like to attend the Factory tour and BBQ lunch on March 4th. Contact their web site for info. I may be there too for 30’ and/or 28’.

If you're going to be down that way, check out Composite Yacht, they're at the foot of the Choptank River Bridge in Trappe, right on Rt.50. They build an Offshore 34' that is amazing. 45 knots with T/315 Yanmars. I was there the other day, they have a 34' ready to go in the shop. You owe it to yourself to check them out. Their website is www.compositeyacht.biz

Come on Rob. As the owner of Composite Yachts I think you would be a little more realistic in the performance of your 34' hull. Considering it is almost the same hull as the Judge 34' and the Judge goes 35kt with twin 370's. Your 34' goes 45kt with twin 315's? If your going to come on this board and lie at least let everyone know who you are.

Rob,
I went back and read some of your other posts after writing my post. I didn't realize you had told the board you own Composite Yachts in a prior post. You may want to anounce the fact that you are representing Composite Yachts if you continue to make posts similar to the one on this topic. Were you serious about 45kt with twin 315's?

Bill Judge has a great local reputation for building a tough boat and offering stellar customer service. The Judge 27 was my first choice but my wife wouldnt let spend the extra $$. I have no experience with the 34 express but think that you would be in very good hands with them... Good luck!

It is a beautiful ride!!!

Is Bewitched really "Rob" the owner of Composite? If so, shame on you. At least Shane let everyone know right up front who he was, and used the space to offer a test instead of boasting and pumping up the product he's selling.

My father bought his Judge 20 last year.
I know it's only a 20 and can't speak much of the 34. BUT, what I can flat out attest to is the absolute outstanding customer support Judge offered him - ESPECIALLY since he bought a used boat!!

They offered to bring the boat back into the factory and re-fit the boat the way he wanted and repair two MINOR gel coat blemishes. FOR FREE!!

The most amazing thing was that the local rep or dealer (?) even offered to put them up at his place for the night !!!

You just don't see that kind of support anywhere in this market anymore..

Good LUCK!!!
