Great Customer Service I was talking to a rep from Polar about my boat at the Providence boat show and how it worked out for my charter business this summer. When I told him the only problems I had was a top to the washdown hose that a charter guest broke and dropped in the water and some Jelcoat chipping in the center console from a hole I drilled he asked me for a business card.
Well.... guess what showed up at my door today at N/C... 1 quart of Jelcoat and a new washdown assembly!
He also called me to talk about features and how I fished. I think the constant improvement and customer service is high on there to-do-list...
Were all too quick to bring up the bad experiences so I felt I should mention a good one...
