Default 2004 Wellcraft 252 Fisherman

I'm looking for some advice on purchasing a used Wellcraft 252. I currently own a 21' angler and would like to move up. I found a 2004 252 Fisherman with 200 hours on it. The guy is asking $49k for it but would take $45 plus $3200 for a new trailer.

Sounds like a lot of hours for a 2004 that wasn't even in the water last year. It has the expanded electronics package including a Chart Plotter, but I really don't think I would even use it. Everything I've read says it's a great boat and can handle just about everyting.

Does anyone have any advice about this boat? Anything else I should be looking at in that price range?

Thanks.
