Have a friend who sold a new 2003 (won in SKA event) 21', 200 HDPI, trailer, no top, no electronics for around $34,000.

Probably $45K. No T-top is rare in a boat like that. A t-top is a $3-4K option.

Go to www.boattraderonline.com and search for other late model 23 contenders. That is a very popular boat. You should be able to reach a conclusion on it's value on the boat trader.

There is a 1999 contender listed on one of the for sale sites for $42,900 with a single 250HP engine.

If it's an 03 Contender 23, it's probably the new Tournament Edition model, with the livewell in the transom and a few other upgrades. If so, it's worth more (and more in demand) than the 'old style' 23s. Just a thought...
