I bet if you start a porno, er, art website, like thewhoretruth.com or something to that effect.......you could afford Greg Norman's boat in about 6 months......

I'll contribute $5 for gas after you've bought the boat with everyone else's contribution.

Only if you take me out fishing in it.

Seriously, I really like the looks of the Long Beach 23 footer. There is a Steiger Craft dealer about an hours ride from my house and I'm just dying to get up there and see one in person. The layout looks great on that boat. And, it has the lines to match.

Seabass -

It is a nice looking boat with nice lines. But the cockpit layout (from what I can see in the pictures) looks like similar to a Mako. Have you tried to gain access to that locker up under that ledge at the bow? I had to do it once (which required me to lay on the deck) in the hot summer sun I was ready to take a sledge hammer to the boat. I thought better of it since it was not mine, however.

I recently saw a Long Beach 23 footer tied to a dock. Heck of a nice looking boat. Seems longer than some of the other 23 footers I have seen.

No offense to anyone, but sort of looks like you are standing in a bathtub. Certainly not my taste.

Best regards,

Very impresive - I love the look from the side.

The $5.00 isn't so silly an idea...

Basically thoise with the most posts should get the first round of $5 and new boats with the next highest etc etc all getting their turn in time...

Sounds like a good pyramid sceme to me?

I like the pyramid scheme where everyone packs up their better half in a cardboard box and mails her off to the guy with his name at the top of the list - and the one guy who broke the chain and got his OWN wife back!

Cheers!

Problem is, if everyone gives everyone $5, you end up where you started. One person receiving 5,000 $5 then has to send out 5,000 different $5 and in the end he has changed $0.

And I'm not going to give unless I get, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
