Default Yam F225 Decarb

Using Mercury Power Tune, I did the following to both engines today:

1. Raised the engine, removed the spark plugs & cleaned them a little
2. Sprayed PT into each cylinder. Waited 5 min
3. Lowered the engine & turned it over a couple of times. Waited 10 min
4. Raised the engine & sprayed PT into each cylinder again.
5. Turned over the engine a couple of times.
6. Installed last season's spark plugs & lowered the engine.
7. Started engine and got 3 seconds of white smoke - That's it
8. Ran engine for 10 minutes & replaced spark plugs

I was expecting an EPA Emergency Response Team ready to deal with the cloud of smoke that was to engulf the Eastern Shore of Maryland. At least some complaints from the neighbors. All I got was a little puff of smoke.

Am I missing something ?
