Replacing floor: Kencraft 25 CC (forward cuddy)

I was just wanted to get a round about idea of how much it would cost to replace the flooe in a 1989 Kencraft 25 (forward cuddy)? The boat is in immaculate condition other than 1 soft spot in the floor and is extremely cheap due to the condition of the floor. Is it woth the hassle. I live in Southeast Va and I would be glad to get any info on any local companies that can do this so I can contact them. Thanks
