22' Bull Dolphin???

I was looking at this boat online the other day and it seems to have a nice layout and some nice features for not a lot of dough. Was wondering if anyone could give me some input on this boat? This boat has always caught my eye, and a friend of mine was considering one and since I didn't know anything about them, figured I'd pose the question here, fire away! It will be powered by either a 200 or a 225 Opti.

The original Dolphin was made south of Miami, Fl near Homestead. Limited production facility. The original owners built one of the best flats/shallow water boats around. I fished their 16' flats boat and it was a great ride and poled well. I haven't been by the factory in years, but the product was very well built. From what I remember, the bull dolphin sold for 12,900. when it was first introduced.

this is a bad ass boat........ took one out at the palm beach show........ rode better than a 23 contender for sure (know this b/c my buddies with a 23 were on the boat) the only thing i do not like about it is the way the bow is set up........ not very good for tournament fishing...... the one we were on was powered with a 225 opti we saw 50.4 with half load and 4 guys..... they actually were ready to trade theirs in on one but went to 23-t with 200 hpdi's instead because of the range and room associated with the contender

Was in the market for one until I saw the sticker at the Miami Show last year. Granted, the show boat was fully rigged up, but listed at $50k+. Sweet set-up but couldn't justify the price.
