Default Where are Police when you need them?

My wife and I were going back home from fishing trip, pulling my 17 foot SeaHunt. A truck was coming from the other direction about 70 MPH and pulled out to pass the car in front of him, I had to slow down real quick and pull off on shoulder of road with my truck and trailer to keep him from hitting us. I was doing about 50 MPH. Speed limit there was 55. Where he passed was on a cruve so he crossed over double solid yellow line, and almost clipped the car he passed to get back on his side of road. Now for the good part!!!!! The car he passed was an unmarked State Trooper He turned on his blue lights while the truck was right beside him. I hope when he (State Trooper) got him pulled over he had the "road rage" I had when I had to get off the road to keep him from hitting us head on. I started to turn around but we were running late and had to get home.
So sometimes the police are there when you need them

Well lets add this up:
1. Passing in a marked no passing zone
2. Speeding
3. Reckless endangerment (if the Trooper saw you run off the road)
4. Failure to maintain proper distance (cutting the Trooper off)

There, that should take care of him for a while, assuming that all of his paperwork was in order, if not then we might need to look a little deeper into this.............

1. Uninsured illegal immigrant
2. Never shows up in court or pays fines
3. Uses our welfare and medicare system to the maximum
4. Arresting officer is flipped the bird the next day while on patrol by the perpetrator

That should take care of us...the taxpayers.

I hope that trooper suspected he was also on drugs, impounded his car and also ordered a full body cavity search by Helga. Then sent him to the joint for a night with some big hairy bubba lookin ass-lover..
