Default Yamaha 40 HP Firing Problem

I notice fuel dripping from the outboard motor housing.

I later discovered after removing the housing and carburetor cover and running the engine that fuel was discharging from one of two small ports on the side of the Carburetor. After further investigation and inserting new plugs. The bottom cylinder was not firing and this was port pushing fuel.

This is 1997 Yamaha with low hours.

Is this an easy fix? Just a new ignition coil? Or a C. D. I. unit assemble?

What is wrong? How do I fix?

Any helpful information would be very appreciated

Thanks...........
