WD40 in the intake would be good also.
If it is going to be a few more days before you get the starter and electrical working, I would remove the plugs again, add WD40 (or marvel mystery oil) and turn it over several more times by hand.
When you do get the starter and electrics working, remove plugs and spin it over. Adding a bit more WD40 even then would not be bad.
There is probably residual water in the crankcase and or oil passages. Once it fires, bring it up to operating temp, shut it down and drain oil and replace filter (again). Fire up again as soon as possible. Everything need to be re-lubed.
Better yet, SELL IT ! |
