Got the boat new and when dual Binnacle throttle handles both were in sync now they are about 3'' out of line with each other.

removed cover, both Binnaclein netual, tighten starbard as far as it would go and loose port to almost no resistence and stll can't get them to align for example if i push them both forward keeping them inline with each other port engine will idle up to 17rpms before starbard starts to move off of idle
