Default HOW DO I DISCONNECT YAMAHA CONTROLS

I need to remove my tower to transport my boat. I'ts a dual station with Yamaha 704 controls. Can anyone instruct me on how to disconnect the cables from the control box, preferably at the shift/throttle location?
