The 22 draws very little and can take you ANYWHERE you might ever want to go... now or in the future, AND you can even get tall rails to put on those low sides the earlier models have to keep all your young sprogs from falling out!!OOPS, BIT EARLY FOR THAT, JUST ENGAGED RIGHT!!
The single engine on a cat is a bit of a poor comp[romise if you ask me ...poor water flow over the prop at speed and less manoeuvreability.

Good luck with both boat and bride. Been married 36 years and have stepped in about every pile out there. Friendly advice; Don't put the words "marriage", and "bad timing" anywhere close together, much less in the same sentence, if there is a chance SweetThang might see.
