Default 1st warranty experience with wellcraft

so far so good...

Clarion XMD-3 went south - CD motor would not shut off - ran even without a CD in there causing add'l batt drain and noise. My dealer (sundance marine - ft lauderdale) took my word that was the diagnosis, ordered a new radio and swappped it out in 10 min while I waited...no charge...

also was told while I was there they have a set of revised cowls and power steering noise damper they ordered in to be installed when I bring it in for 100 hour check in 2 weeks. Nice...someone thinking ahead for me...and my pump is not loud and the cowls don't leak!

I've had a couple of warranty calls and my dealer has treated me like a king. I had an issue that 1st winter with the boat being down south. My dealer told me to get it fixed any where I wanted and to send him the bill which he took care of.

Glen I know you keep your boat on a lift, the Pompano sundance isn't on the water, do you have a trailer to take it in for service, just curious since I know the area, I know sundance has a waterfront location in Ft.Laud, do you take it there? curious local boater evernic
