Need boat hauled from Florida to Indiana

I am going to pull my 5th Wheel trailer to the South Bend, Indiana area to spend the summer and am looking for a way to get my 20' boat on a single axle trailer there (anytime in May) rather than coming all the way back to get it. I would be willing to pay someone's expenses and a reasonable amount for there efforts and wear and tear on there truck. I would be willing to pull it part way and/or go back partway to pick it up.
