I received a $100.00 gift card for X-mas which I somehow lost between the holiday and 2 weeks ago.
I took the receipt to the store and the Customer Service (CS) rep says there is nothing than can do to cancel the lost card and re-issue a new one.
The receipt has the last 6 digits from the card printed on it but BP has no way of researching their data base for the card.
The CS even mentioned another customer($500 card) that was declined.
What a crock of CHIT!!!!! Other retailers have this capability , why not BP.
Looks like Johnny morris wil be getting a letter!!!
