I am in touch with about 20 owners and a few who relay me the SKA experiences as well. No horror stories so far...sorry.... the engines are holding together well, only downside is they are voracious at WOT (56 gph for twins)

Talked to Merc rep at AC baot show who is a friend/usewd to be a dealer for merc/johnnyrude and said so far no issues. You should really drive a boat with the whole package-all who have done it(that I know) are impressed with speed/torque/responsiveness/steering/acceleration. I will get to test one at end of april.

Huh?
How can negative issues add to resale? Or am I misinterpreting your comment?

I fished on a charter with Verados with about 300 hours - he had nothing to complain about and would get them again. 275.

The only problem I've seen is that the owner's lips become firmly attached to Mercury's backside.
