Marine Power Brand Engine

Looking for any info on the 1996 Version of Marine Power 5.7V8. The engine is FWC, and has TBI. I am familiar and fond of Crusader's and have no experience with this engine. Any issues to look for, or watch for. I understand (possibly incorrectly) that they are owned by Merc/Brunswick and are considered their "commercial" line of engine. Any help appreciated.

I've installed marine power stuff before, decent quaility, kinda generic, crusader and mercruiser are better quality with better dealer support.....they all use the same base engines.....Mick
