Default flush mount rod holders help

Does anybody know who makes a drain bottom cap for my flush mounted rod holders? I have them on my Bluewater but not on my EggHarbor. I have searched under everything and been unable to find a simple cap with the ability to attach a drain hose so the water or spray will drain overboard.
thank for you help.

Rod Holder Drain Cap
This molded, black vinyl rod holder drain is the perfect solution when you need to route the drainage from T-H Marine's molded angle top (RH-1) or flat top (RH-2) rod holders. Simply slip this cap onto the base of the rod holder and use 3/8" clear PVC tubing to route drainage from bottom tip.

T-H Marine sells them, about $4 each when I bouht them a few years ago, part number RHBD-1.
