will be taking delivery of a new 05 in march very excited to say the least.Has any one done any custom work to thier's that your happy with? Or maybe not so happy with? The cockpit is so big it has so may possibilities. thank for any help.

I've got a 23'CC Maycraft since last year and have done very little to it, except adding downriggers on the transon(full transom), outrigger bases on the gunnells and electronics. I assume you would mount outrigger bases on the hardtop. I looked at the 25' PH and you are right... the cockpit is large enough to do a lot of aftermarket projects, but I liked the fact that it was open and clean. Congratulations on the new boat and have fun. Where did you purchase the boat?

rough rider i bought it from big eds in ashland virginia little bit of a ride but there price was right. twin yam.150s 4 stroke, trailer, full canvass ,ss props opening windows ect. 57,000

Wow, hope you don't need any warranty work on the boat itself, you will have to bring it back to Big Ed in Va.. Any Yamaha dealer can service the engines.
