I was at the factory very early in the build cycle. Saw the plans and the first hull and talked to a couple of folks. IMO this has to be a breakthrough design that will get copied by lots of folks. The arrangement and space is fantastic for a 32'. Naturally it has the Carolina look with lots of attention being paid to proportions and appearence.
Appears to be an easly sell to the first mate and a great family boat.
At that time they were planing a "built" interior for the first one that will become a moulded interior as soon as they work out the details.
I'm not sure about the ride quality at speed and comfort at trolling speeds but that should be easy to ascertain once the boat is available for sea trials. The hull I saw had a "pad" at the stern that extended forward about 8' to provide some lift for the heavier OBs.
If JB prices it right, they won't be able to build them fast enough!
