Default Massachusetts Sea Hunt Dealers

Where can a person buy a Sea Hunt boat in Mass.? Also, is the S.H. 21ft. cc better than Hydra-sports 212cc? I'm 2 weeks away from closing a deal. I want to get the most bang for my buck on a center console and have some concerns about H.S.

Meat:

Here is the Sea Hunt phone number - (803)755-6539. Give them a call. The web site doesn't have a dealer locater but the person who answers the phone has a wealth of knowledge at her fingertips, at least as far as who their dealers are and where.

Hi:

I went to Tropicland Marine in Dedham after the boat show 2 years ago. He had a fairly small selection, and sold most of them at the Boston boat show.

There is a very large dealer in N. RI - Inland Marine. He had some good prices at the recent RI boat show.

I also went to Green's Marine in Hooksett NH. Very nice place with almost all the Sea Hunts inside. About 1hr from Boston.

If you feel like traveling, Ed's Discount Marine in VA and Captian's Choice in SC are big "internet" dealers. Hauling from SC for a 20-22' should be under $1000.

Good luck,
LC

Bought my SH 232 at Ed's almost 2 years ago and trailered it back to Mass after spending the night in a cheap motel in Ashland.* Easy transaction and I saved a lot of $ over Mass prices.* At that time I wasn't aware of the RI dealer and it's worth checking them out vs. Ed's.*

BTW, I absolutely love my 232 and have received countless positive comments from other boat owners who like the SH line.* Best of luck!

Go to Tropicland Marine for Sea Hunt Boats. He has most popular models and offers great... service. Buy at Eds.. and you will be complaining later.

Meat,
Where in Mass. are you located? I drove from the North Shore via the ferry in New London, CT to Strongs Marine in Long Island, NY for my current boat. They have some great deals on year before models that they use as day rentals. www.stongsmarine.com Including ferry time it only took about five hours each way. If you are close to closing a deal on the Hydra-Sport and it's from a dealer that's close by that you know has great service and the price is right, I don't think that you can go wrong. Hydra-Sport was on my short list. I went to Tropicland with my family and was very serious about buying. I couldn't get anyone to help me. They were all to busy chatting with their friends. I actually went down there twice. I also spoke with Arnold Green in NH. He seemed like a great guy and I've heard that they have great service, but Strong's had the better deal for me.
