OB mounting holes

I currently have a 1985 150 hp Evinrude and I an looking to repower. I am thinking about repowering with either a 2 stroke 175 Johnson or a 200 HPDI Yamaha. Will the bolt holes in my transom line up with either of these two engines or am i going to need to drill new ones?

They are industry standard and should mount up no problem.

IMO the mounting holes are universal.* On my old boat I replaced a 1982 Evinrude with a 1986 Yamaha (150 HP), same holes.* I do not think you have a problem.* To be sure I would measure.*
