 Quick Intro.
I'm a long time reader (or should I say student) of this forum and wanted to drop my first thread. Thanks to all who diligently and graciously give of their knowledge of boating and fishing as both have been a life long pursuit and passion for me.
I do most of my boating in the Northeast, occassionally in Florida when I am down there visiting family. I have had smaller CC boats mostly, spent alot of time on my father's boat. He has a 1972 48' Pacemaker that he is fanatical about...God Bless the ol' guy. After spending way to much time in school and then building my business (talking about a ten year timeframe), I finally got the boat of my dreams...a 36FA Contender, trip Verados. I know, I know, everyone thinks I am crazy for making such a big leap...but I guess after coming from nothing to now, I kinda said to myself what the hell, why not. Live free or die I always say. Quick frankly, I am really psyched about the whole thing. Wife and my two small boys are pumped up as well. Watch out Stripers!!
