Default miami boat show tickets - question

Why is the opening day more expensive??? Is it worth $10 more to go on Thursday?

These are the on-line prices. Are the tickets the same price on site? Is there an advantage to buying them ahead?

Premier (Adult) $25.00 on Premier Thursday, Feb. 17th.

General Ticket Feb. 18-21 – Adults $15
(ages 13 and older)

It's two months away and this will be our first visit so I'm starting to get excited and trying to plan our trip.

Thanks for the help.

Why? Simple. Because that's what the market will bear. It used to be that Thursday was VIP day where dealers passed out passes to valued customers who could roam and shop without the bother of big crowds. The show promoter was getting pressure to let others in so he doubled the price to see what would happen and now opening day is as busy as the weekend.

Ticket prices are the same on-line and at the gate.

thanks.

do you think any day is better than others or are they all busy? At other shows, I've tried to stay away during the weekends.

What about Monday or are they starting to pack up?

All the stuff for all the days are the same. Only if you a serious buyer and want to avoid the crowd then it might be worth it. If you are a buyer then talk to your dealer or something and they often have tickets to give for free.

If your just a looker, then try for Monday when it is slower.
