99 Evinrude FICHT V-6 200 question

Does anyone happen to have a parts book for a 1999 Evinrude FICHT 200 O/B? I am leaking oil from something on the right side which says V-4 oiler P.D.S. - FICHT Fuel Injection - OME Milwalkee 439780 then a bar code, then 0015050. This component is held on by 2 vertical bolts to an oil return. I have went online looking for these numbers but haven't been able to find it.
