Plenty of them in use here on this coast.

Very nice quality boat. Mostly designed for inland lakes and bays, but I have seen quite a few of them out in the ocean chasing salmon. They made their name with the smaller ones (15-19'), but now offer up to 22'. Mostly powered with smaller engines. Priced reasonable. Quite a few guides use them for charter boats (lakes).

I saw a 21' yesterday with a 135 Honda.* Fit and finish was great, as was the room in the cockpit.* I had seen picture and read about them*but the first hand look really was impressive.* I just couldn't figure out the kind of trim tabs it was sporting.* The actuater looked like a spring*encased in rubber.*

Check with "GOODNIGHT MOON" (Long Island) on here - she bought a 21ft. Arima Sea Ranger and 130 Honda new about 2 years ago and really likes it!

She is very knowledgeable and did a LOT of "homework" before she bought it!

I've only seen one around the Chesapeake area where I fish but didn't get a chance to check it out. Looked NICE though! I think they have a good reputation.

We have quite a few of them in Washington were they are built. I have spent time in the smaller sizes 15-18' models and I can tell you they are a nice boat, good fit and finish and nice features. There are a good fishing platform, stable at rest and economical. The major drawback that I have experienced is a very hard the ride in choppy water. They appear to have a very shallow or semi-v hull design.

Sure, I have a 22' hardtop. Used in the Puget Sound and I love it. Happy to answer any specific questions.

Had a 19' sea ranger with a 90 hp honda 4 stroke. Nice boat but a little underpowered. Had a tough time selling it cause it wasn't a familiar name.
