Default Holographic/Mirror Boat Letter Vinyl

Do any of you guys have some pics or websites I can look at to see some boat names in that sort of holographic, mirror like vinyl material? I can't seem to find any, but absolutley love the material! Thanks for any advice

Just remember most of that material has a very limited outdoor life expectancy.

I don't have any boat names to show you but I can make you one. I think I have some material in the shop I can send you if you want to look at.

It is good for about 2 years outdoor, longer if kept out of the sun during storage.

Email me if you are interested.

click my name and it will drop down a window where I can be emailed. Don't like to type it here, increases my junk mail.

I have 22kt gold material that I use on yachts and sportfishers. Also have the silver available.

The holographic material is pretty cool stuff. It looks like laser beams when the sun hits it. Just not a long term outdoor material.

I dont have a specific example in mind, but google images has some nice pictures: http://www.google.com/images?q=gold%...w=1004&bih=706

Also, you might consider stainless cnc cut. It's not cheap, but it's classy. My next boat will have stainless letters on the transom.

Another thought: could you get more life out of a reflective boat name if it was covered in clear vinyl or clear auto paint? Might be able to get some clearcoat in a spray can and mask off the letters for an easy paint job...

Here is the link to the company ''SignGold'' that produces the 22k vinyl. It is pricey material but since it is real gold it lasts indefinately.
