Walt Edwards operates/operated a boat brokerage. We purchased a boat from and paid him for extended warranties. He never delivered the warranty policies. He promised to reimburse us but has not done so. We are now in small claims court in Palm Beach County. We will take all steps to notify all state and federal interested agencies as regards no license to sell insurance and possible non payment of state and federal taxes.
He operates now as A1A Boat sales in Hobe Sound. When we dealt with him he was operating Island Trading Company. He may also be selling boats in some capacity for Island Runner Boats in Palm Beach.
We of course would suggest thinking twice about doing business with him and can provide more information in greater detail, He has had a number of law suits filed against him and his various businesses.
