Chapman Piloting and Seamanship

Since I can’t do a search on the old Q&A forum at this time, I need to ask the following question again.
What would be your book of choice that all boaters should read? If my memory is correct the consensus was, “Chapman Piloting and Seamanship”. Am I correct?
