Default Wellcraft 240 Coastal - Pitch Prop?

I have a new to me 2002 Wellcraft 240 Coastal with a 200 envinrude fict. Boat was a repo and did not come with a prop. Any other Wellcraft owners here that can tell me which pitch prop should be best for this boat? This will give me a starting place.
Thanks in advance.

The best sorce for what prop you need would be the Engine MFG.
Keep in mind the wrong prop will effect not only the boats performance but your steering as well.

I completely disagree. The engine manufaturer may have a good suggestion but they have never run my boat, with my load, in my waters, the way I like to drive.
I am on my third boat that I used PropGods to test with and all three have ended up with better performance and efficiency over the factory supplied propeller. I am currently running a Hydromotive on my Mercury and a Mercury on my Yamaha.
I have also never purchased a boat that was setup with the optimal engine height from the factory. This is something else that PropGods helped me get dialed in. I typically have found another 3-5mph on the top end which also increased MPG with these changes. The money spent on getting a boat dialed in will pay you back in reduced fuel expenses.

The most important thing is your RPMs at Wide Open Throttle...........you want them between 5000 and 5500. May take some trial and error with different props, tweaking the pitch a bit. Good luck.

a certain outboard can go on many different applications. So like you said, the manufac. can possibly give an educated guess, that's about it.
