GARELICK Side Gunwale Utility Seat

Anyone use this seat on their boat? Seem pretty pricey new for what they are but do they hold up well and are they comfortable enough? Like the idea that they can fold down or come right out easy enough for fishing space. Thinking of picking up a pair for the boat, new or if I can find some decent ones used. Thanks
