What about having a "Do what the court system ordered them to do" choice?

If the court has heard both sides of the story and reached a conclusion then how could any of us (the unknowing) possibly come up with any other answer?

Either we believe in our judicial system or we don't.

Some people would just love to have this C thread to go on forever. Give them their money back and get rid of them. Don't sell them any new C's.

That is what I did a couple o times.. We can't make you happy? shop elsewhere..

There should have been an option for the lemmings to vote.

Since they sabotaged the boat ( ) tell them to just bend over and grab their angles...

where's the proof they sabotaged the boat?or is this more THT rumor your passing along?do you really think if it was cuased by sabotage they would have won the lawsuit?

Come on Joe, Do the right thing, refund the purchase price. You will sleep better and you will be able to concentrate on the future instead being stuck in the past. You will be the HERO of this stand-off instead of the VILLAIN. Even if you win this battle, you will have lost the war. Reputations are a company's greatest asset. Right now you don't have the most important tool to success:
A TRUSTWORTHY REPUTATION. You can fix this problem and regain your position in one easy step....Refund the purchase price and buy the 33T back. Once you have the boat back you can cut it apart and see what went wrong in the manufacturing process and never allow it to happen again.
You will get lots of 'High Fives" while hearing "WAY TO GO, JOE"
