Great Customer Service - Accon Marine

I just bought a used 20' CC 3 weeks ago. The previous owner had changed the bow light to a pop-up unit 210-M from Accon Marine. When I got the boat home I noticed that the red side was not working and emailed Accon for information. Beatrix Petroczi got back to me right away and told me to send it in. I got the light back today, 6 days later, repaired with no charge and no shipping charge. That's great turnaround for a repair from NJ to FL !! Beatrix said it was a warranty repair. Wow, I wish every company treated me like this. I might have to buy some cool pop-up cleats from them for my birthday. Way to go Accon!
