Default Trim Tabs

I have a 1994 Grady White and need to relplace my trim tabs and actuators. I unscrewed the one remaining one I had left. I am not sure when I get the new ones what I need to do. I assume I will screw them back into the tube that slide out a little when I took the one off. Once I do this do I have to bleed the system. Where is the hydrualic until located on my 28' Marlin Grady White?

So you unscrewed the body of the actuator from it's mounting bracket? Is what you are getting new just the lower half the actuators?

As far as your pump, stick your head in the bilge, you'll find it. Hopefully Grady didn't put it in a place that makes it damn near impossible to add fluid too...

I found the pump. It is in a little bit of a bad spot but ok. I did not relize the the top of the actuator is a mounting bracket and it unscrews. I unscrewed it and found out the hard way there is alot of oil in there. I wondering how to screw the actuator in because it is recessed in the hull and because of the angle I cant spin it. Now I guess put the bracket on then screw in the actuator and add oil to the pump?

It'll purge the air on its own just run the tabs up and down a few times.
