Setting up a New Trailer with no Boat

Any advice on setting up a new trailer without a boat? To Explain.. I bought a Proline 20 WA across the state from someone who didn't have a trailer... I bought a Loadmaster tandem trailer locally and will be going over to pick up the boat... When I ordered the trailer I told them the type of boat and they told me that they would be able to set it up at the factory in production close enough so I can at least get the boat home... Has anyone ever done this before? The beam of the boat is about 8 feet but the side vertical guide bars are at 7'9"... does this sound right since the boat narrows as it goes forward...? Any advice from you experienced guys would be apprciated.. I dont want to hassle with it much when I pick the boat up... Thanks

boat manuf. have a schematic type drawing that would help in setting this thing up. I'd contact Proline and give them the HIN and see if they can help.
