I had a big list last year, fortunately i completed most of it. All i want to do this year is the leftovers:
2010
1. Paint floor
2. Service the brakes on the trailer
3. Change the canvas on the ttop to protrim or white sumbrella
4. replace the rub rail
5. Add a few more rod holders
6. Not damage the finish I did last year
7. Have a lot of fun using the boat
2011
1. Replace fuel tank and floor behind CC
2. do no damage
1.Changeout t-hulls to flapper type
2.back up bilge pump and water witch switch
3.changeout float type on primary bilge pump to water witch
4.high water alarm
5.replace all hoses cockpit drains,bilge,fish box, and bait well (this is tough have to remove leaning post)
6.water pumps and thermostats x's 2
7.ad some rod holders
8.trailer-new bunk board on one side and re-carpet both sides
9.fix some chips
10.windlas? maybe
11.replace wash down pump
12.replace baitwell pump
On second thought anyone looking for a good used boat? jk
I am in that "new to me" boat category with my recent purchase.
1. Repower later this month with 2002 Merc 150 EFI and Hyd Steering
2. New rubrail
3. New aluminum fuel tank
4. Cleaning hull - Wet sand, buffing with Oxidation Remover (LEVERAGE) then Polish/wax
5. Clean up the T-top with polish then new canvas for it
6. New livewell pump
7. Reorganizing the console with new gauges etc.
8. New switch panel
9. 2 New marine batteries
10. Install new Blue Sea Add-a-battery system
11. Purchase and install a new FF/Plotter combo with transom ducer
12. Install new 6" deck plates
13. Minor gel-coat repairs
There will be more I am sure! I have been meaning to make a list. You gave me a reason to do it.

My new to me boat ,,,, new bilge pumps,
install all the electronics I purchased in the fall and while doing so start the rewiring process,
Install new name graphic arts
Bolt on two cannon downrigger bases
purchase and install the EPIRB
Go pick up commercial fishing license
Run the boat,

RUN THE BOAT!!
1. New bilge pump forward
2. new props-4 blade 21x22
3. few welds on the tower
4. New helm mahogany layout and flushmount new electronics (VHF, Chartplotter, new engine sync, autopilot)
5. New helm chair-ladder back style
6. maybe underwater lights?
7. GO FISH!
- Install bait well
- Install the red led rope lights my kids got me for Christmas
- Comfy couch type seat aft part of fly bridge
- New fixed VHF on fly bridge (installed, just needs final wiring)
- Add switch panel capacity
- Curtains for cabin / galley
- More rod holders
- One more pair of speakers
- Interface AP to the plotters
If the wife wasn't checking what I spend on the boat, AKA, future year(s).
