Default Problem with Suzuki DF115

Over the past year '01 DF115 has been running rough at idle about half the time, then boggs and runs smooth after I throttle up. #2 plug seized in hole and shows orange deposits on electrode. Compression is fine and other plugs normal. Have changed out 10 micron water separator numerous times. Anyone have a clue how water is getting in the cylinder and how to go about repair. Thx.

Getting water in cyl. Further investigation will need to be done. Pull powerhead and cyl head look for corrosion around cylinders on head and block.

I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but never pulled a head before. Anyone know how difficult it is on a DF Zuke? Furthermore, if there is the suspected corrosion is the motor junk or do I get the block decked a new head etc.? Could it be the gasket just needs replacement and how would I know if the head and/or block isn't warped if corrosion isn't present? I'm just trying to figure out if this '01 motor is even worth tearing down. Thx
