Looks like a great product. We love our "technology tools" don't we? I was going into the mall yesterday afternoon and met 6 people on my way from the parking lot. All 6 were on their cell phone.

Man alive, did you see those prices?

$750 for basic
$1000 for premium

.............

Ok, I read a little further. The previous prices were for the receiver and software. I thought that was the yearly subscription. Although at $50 a month, it is still $600 for the year. I guess you could cancel for the winter months though.

May be a good option for those that cruise and travel around often. Looks like a pretty cool package.

i like the lightning feature. they said it is and independent company that supplies the lightning data. yeah it is expensive. then you still have to buy either the garmin 3010 or 3006 or you are going to have to run it through a computer.

yeah that all works well if you are a couple of miles offshore. this will work up to about 600 miles offshore. the info comes off the xm radio satellite.

Unfortunetely, XM radio only goes a few miles off shore also.
