optimax 250xs question

I've got a pair '04 250xs opti's, merc states 91 octane or better. Thats all I've ever run. The only two marina's in my area pumping 91 are closed for the season. Has anyone used octane boost with these motors and if so any problems. Also any boost recomendations?

I ran less in mine when I could not find it.

If you run less; try not to accellerate fast or run wot for an extended period of time.
