Random Quote: Dad, is there a depth finder on this boat? Why is the water tan?
PM me. Thats an easy fix and I can get you in touch with the guy who is doing the reapirs. Unfortunately they are either bringing boats back for major issues or they have one good guy that was the product development mgr doing the other repairs which you fall into.
I am near Pittsburgh, PA. My boat is a 2006, i bought it as a demo. Its been doing this since day one. Seems to only be if it rains hard or if I am in rough seas from what i can gather.
This problem is well documented on the Hydra forums. Here is 1 link to some discussion, there are other threads you will have to search for on there. Better hurry though, Hydra forums havent been up in mos, and the last time it was up, it only lasted a couple days. http://www.seaswirl.com/forums/messa...&enterthread=y

Hydera-sports will not cover a air void on a2004 that is cosmetic not structural
Steelers if the original deal has documented the claim it should be cover as part of the H-S 10/3yr Warranty
Good luck
